Our Attorneys Kimberly Kelley Blackburn
Kim was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2005. While in college, Kim was admitted to Omicron Delta Kappa, was selected to participate in the Accelerated Schools program for her student teaching experience, and was awarded the Coaches Award for her participation while on the College of Charleston Equestrian Team. While in law school, Kim was an Associate Editor-in-Chief of The South Carolina Law Review, Volume 56. Education Law Kim works primarily in school law with an emphasis on special education, student matters and personnel matters. Before attending law school, Kim practiced speech pathology in public schools in South Carolina and Georgia, in a hospital, clinic, and rehabilitation centers. Kim's husband is a speech pathologist at an elementary school in Lexington School District One. They have pre-school age son.
